Lucy Schmidt is offering private painting parties for all ages: Paint & Sip BYOB painting parties; Coffee & Canvas weekday paintings.(Paint & Sip BYOB, age 12-20 may paint with an adult).
Weekend Rembrandts on Saturday mornings and over holiday school breaks for age 7 and up (Adults welcome). Kids under age 7 may paint with an adult painter.

Class Size is Limited to 20 painters.
Create a one-of-a-kind painting of your special pet No drawing skills required! In this Paint Your Pet Portrait class, your pet’s photo will be transformed into a simple, beginner-friendly illustration style design made especially for you.
​
At class, each guest will receive a color printout of their individual pet, along with a demonstration of a very easy tracing/transfer method to get the image onto the canvas. I’ll also provide guidance on matching and mixing paint colors, so you feel confident choosing your colors before you begin.
Once your design is transferred, you’ll paint at your own pace using smooth shapes and easy techniques. I’ll be available throughout the class to answer general questions and offer help as needed, while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

What You Need to Submit (Important)
To prepare your custom pet portrait, please submit the following after booking your spot:
One Clear Photo of Your Pet
Please submit one photo only so I know exactly which image to use. Background will be removed and animal cropped to keep the chest and up.
Best photo tips:
• Pet facing forward or slightly angled
• Good lighting (natural light works best)
• Eyes clearly visible
• Pet fills most of the photo
• Taken at eye level
Please avoid:
• Blurry or dark photos
• Filters
• Busy backgrounds
• Multiple pets in one photo
